Using a Theory of Change framework, we work with communities and partners to map pathways to resilience, clarify desired outcomes, and co‑develop practical steps to achieve them. This helps ensure that adaptation efforts are strategic, inclusive, and grounded in long‑term impact. Through collaboration, capacity strengthening, and evidence‑based advocacy, we support communities in leading their own resilience journeys and building just, sustainable futures.
